This plant is doing so well that I wanted to share its culture. It's mounted on a tree fern round pot I cut in half at an angle and then mounted on cedar. Humidity in the orchidarium is 85% and it's near the humidity output. I shoot for temps 55/70. It's about 15" from T5's.

That is very a nice specimen - how long have you had it, and how big was it when you got it?

I have several divisions of this species ('Stalky'), and have tried it both mounted and potted. Mounts have included wine corks, and rhododendron branches. Mine definitely don't like pots, and do best on the rhododendron, held horizontally.
