I purchased this as leptotes tenuis, which I do not believe it is since the color is wrong. Is this pauloensis? The plant is identical to the harryphilipsii I grow right next to it, and the flower is similar as well but they bloomed at different times. Any leptotes experts out there?

I am no expert. I do know that for several years pauloensis and harryphillipsii were considered synonyms, but I note that now Kew considers harryphillipsii a valid species. It sure looks like my harryphillipsii that is blooming now. I don't know what the differences are, I don't have access to Eric Christenson's paper on the subject.
    Here is my plant.
