    I love lightning...many miles away, of course. It's fascinating to me.

    MJ, a cable/remote shutter with a lock to leave the shutter open.

    I think he means an extention cable for the shutter button. So you can set it on a tripod and stand next to the camera.

    Ah. Thank you, men. I need one of those.

    Try it again, Chris and take it off of af. A good lightning photo is hard to beat. Texas gets some good lightning. 2 people dead from strikes in TX already this year.
