My head might explode.
Hmmm, red tags are on divisions......
Red tags = divisions for Jon. Nice try though, Karen.
HAH! You SO wish!
It's a virtual rainbow of labels in there. I'm not going to give away all of my secrets.
Very healthy plants and a very clean gh. I really admire growers who do soooo well in
such crowded conditions. If I loaded my gh like I'd really like to, I'd have rot, bad critters and mess everywhere. Good on you, Marni.
No white =available to stuff in my suitcase?
Works for me!
Holy COW, Marni! That looks like paradise!! Thank you for posting these pictures. I love the monster Dendrobium - what is it?
Wow that was simply amazing!!!
I can only agree with everyone else, it looks like a fantastic place to be! Im jealous.
To live where you don't need to heat in the winter I'd be broke buying orchids the first month Really nice Great use of space.
Bob, you don't say where you are located, but certainly you aren't referring to where I live as a place you don't need heat in the winter. When it is 19F outside, even my cold house needs heat to keep it above freezing.
UN, ^%$#*&#, BELIEVABLE. Sure hope you have some assistance in running them.
All this in beautiful Santa Rosa.
You must be a good person.
Not enough! I get about 6 hours a week of help and have someone to water when I am out of town. It is a bit overwhelming at times, but on a beautiful day like today, it is a treat to be out there. I just try not to focus on what I haven't done and enjoy it.
Absolutely fantastic Marni. I find myself trying to look through all the miniatures through the screen. Must be a real experience to do it in person.
Better watch out, Marni, you might get addicted to orchids.
If you ever want to unload some Angs to make room for your beloved cloud forest types....i may know someone.
Chuck, it is a great place to poke around. Maybe it is the oxygen level in there. I hand water everything (no rain in my greenhouse), which takes way too much time, but really enjoy checking things out while I do it.
MrB, I'm so far past addiction that it is ridiculous. I just spent most of the day squeezing in another bench in one of the other greenhouses so I could cram more stuff in. Now I'm considering putting up shade cloth outside to handle the current overflow, but that would only work until October. *sigh*
Red tag = division.
I dream a greenhouse, I hope I will one like your but I thinks it is difficoult for me, I hope it will be possible!
Thank you for sharing these images with us of your amazing growing space. Your Dendrobium is simply breathtaking. I had no idea that species could reach such magnificent proportions! Inspirational.
