Have tried to get this from Ecuagenera twice, one was a replacement and still arrived dead. Drops all the leaves and arrived with a rotted rhizome. Don't think they like to travel. Anyone have a spare division or know where to get one in the US?

Ecuagenera has a masdevallia caudata 'ecaguenera' and a 'gigi'.. I wonder if those are actually the same species and if they have the same issue with traveling.

Ecuagenera uses the clonal name 'Gigi' on a number of species. I would guess they are two different clones of Masdevallia caudata as opposed to seed grown or divisions of random plants.
