Grown in cold than cool conditions.
Maria, it's lovely! Well done. It looks like you grow this in a greenhouse? What part of the world are you growing in?
You may not have known this but Masdevallia Kimballiana is in fact a hybrid (caudata x veitchiana), it was made back in the day when the RHS permitted latinised grex names, which aren't allowed now as they tend to confuse us into thinking the hybrids are species.
I've added an uppercase to your title and moved your posting to the orchid hybrid subforum.
Maria, thanks for posting. Did you get your dracula culture worked out?
Yep, correct in g/h conditions.
Well, frankly yes, but still is experiment time, cuz however, I collected seeds at different growing stage from different Dracs orchids, some of them not totally ready to ripen but I did all this with purpose. Some growers from Oz with who I talked shared that is best to put in T/C not fully mature seeds to get germination. In some jars I get germination but low percent, so as I said above more time is needed and more experiments...
Will keep you up in another thread soon.
