    Masdevallia manoloi is a showy, cool growing species from Peru:

    Great job! I just bought two plants at the San Francisco show to replace the one I killed a few years ago. Please tell me what medium you are using.

    I use the standard medium that i use for the most of my masdevallias:
    Fine pine bark, seramis, sphagnum and coconut fiber (4-2-1-1)

    Mine came mis-labled. Bloomed the same as the plant labled manolio x idea. Not very happy as M manolio is hard to get and Peru flora doesn't come to Canada often.

    Yours is fantastic!
