This is a previous blooming, I thought I had a whole plant shot in bloom , but couldn't find it. Should have one in a couple of weeks.

I know a good thing when I see it. I admit, the ruler is very tacky (I learned that from Karen, my ebay mentor), that was a year ago, I now have a white one. ;)

Nicely bloomed. And BTW, the ruler lets the buyer know the size of the plant. An effective marketing tool. :D

I sold some plants on ebay this summer with a ruler and a guy complained that the plants were smaller then he thought. I was kinda speechless.

Kyle, I sold an in flower Dendrochilum wenzelii to a woman who wrote and told me that she and her friends didn't think it was an orchid!!!. When I told her it was the one pictured and it was in flower in the photo next to the tape measure, she said she hadn't looked at the photos. I guess that close-up I put there looked about the size of Cattleya labiata to her. I would have been disappointed too.
