    Masdevallia Samantha Kha - M. ignea x M. Chinese New Year

    I bought this plant knowing only the parent names. An OrchidWiz search revealed that it was named after a friend of mine. Weird coincidence.

    Chinese New Year is coccinea x Bocking Hybrid (registered in 2004)

    Bocking Hybrid is cucullata x veitchiana ( registered 1899)
