I have anxiously been awaiting the opening of this beauty. One of several single-flowered inflorescences, it my fist blooming of this division acquired from Marni Turkel (she has so many great plants!) a couple years ago. The flower is 2.75" (7cm) across on a moderately tall plant, and I grow it cooler and moist.

Oh, Tennis, when I saw the heading I got really excited about getting pollen. I have a couple of other clones that never bloom, I guess it is time for a selfing. It is a lovely species.
