Maxillaria Mad

Hello All,

Long time, first time.

I am a grower living in Western North Carolina. I am lucky enough to have a bench at a local nursery, but also grow in a cool chamber in my home.

My primary interest these days is in Maxillaria, especially in the section that holds turkeliae, elegantula, pyhalae, etc. But the whole genus (and it’s fraught taxonomy) is very compelling.

I’ve learned a lot here, and am excited to start contributing.
