This is what the plant looked like when I got it in the mail yesterday.

Any suggestions to get this plant healthy will be appreciated. My first thought was needed water and feedin,. also needed some sun although not sure.

    Thank you mikeh43

Put it in lower light not bright sun. It seems like the package got cooked a little bit by the look of those leaves. My plant grows and blooms much better when it is in lower light as opposed to brighter.

If you purchased it, you should contact the vendor. If not, do you know if it looked like this before shipping? Part of your answer will lie in whether it was stressed before or during shipping. I agree with Zach that you don't want bright light.

Thank you for the reponses. I will contact he vendor later today. (I'm east coast, they are west coast). I had a conversation with the vendor right after purchase, and he told me I was getting a real nice little plant and would be very pleased when I got it. What is not shown in the above photos were two shriveled blooms. I removed them when I got the plant. I doubt he would ship with shriveled blooms so I would suspect what happened was in shipment (USPS two day priority mail).

Flowers can collapse in shipping without any cause and most vendors won't guarantee survival during shipping, so that may or may not mean anything.

I tried calling several times but not able to get an answer. They are not a seven day business so I will try again next week. I did not expect any flowers at all on the plant and was surprised seeing them. Can't wait for the plant to bloom again.

Do you think feeding with a orchid food spray would help improve it's condition.

    Thanks for your responses.

If you do use fertilizer, use it very dilute the next time it needs to be watered. Also, I would let the media at least approach dryness before watering again.

Take off the moss...it is drowning from too much water....put it in bark in a pot and let it dry out.....
