    Jon, mine's in sphagnum and a clay pot. Not that it stays in the pot very long... IW temperatures and bright filtered light.

    Mine is on cork mount with min. moss and I let it dry out almost completely between waterings.

    Edit: bright shade(1200FC), intermediate temperature.
