Mobile App Down?

    I usually read the OrchidsForum every day using the mobile app. But for nearly a week I've been getting an error message, saying that it failed to connect to the server. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but that hasn't solved the problem.

    Is this a known issue? Is there something else I should try?

    Hi John. I was not aware of this problem and will pass it on to Brent, the forum owner.

    When you say "mobile app" are you talking about TapaTalk or the Orchids Forum phone app? Are you using iPhone or Android?

    I'm having the same problem as well, for the same length of time. Mobile app for Android.

    John and Bill, I haven't heard from Brent yet. I just tried the app on my iPhone and it worked fine. Must just be the Android server having issues (?) Hopefully we will hear from Brent soon.

    Thank you Kelly. I'm still having problems. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling again and still get the error. 'Unable to connect to forum, please check with the forum administrator if this problem persists'

    Bill, sorry the problem is persisting. The "forum administrator" is not being responsive currently. Unfortunately, I don't have any other way to help.
