Brent, I've looked at a few and I don't think that is going to be an improvement. It makes the image square a bit larger, but increases the image size so that it is pixilated and only part of the image shows (at least for me) so that it doesn't look worth clicking on. Here is a screen shot and the link.

Brent, I just noticed the view all recent threads link. That is what I was looking for re: Today's Posts. Can you give me the url to bookmark this search? And also, it might be good to include in the navigation links at the top if others are interested. I know I'm not the only one who used it.

That one you post should work when you bookmark it. You will have to manually bookmark it (copy the url as it is now and add a new bookmark manually) because when you click it the url changes to reflect a search. Let me know if you can't get it.

I believe I have cleared up the images that were blurry for future uploads.

Also second Marni's desire for a "Today's Posts" tab. That was a clickable link at the top of the previous OI setup, and it's extremely handy. Thanks! -Stephen

    BTW, welcome Brent.

I like the new feature which allows the enlargement of a pic. However, I have a slight problem with the 'edit' function. When I went in to edit a post to correct a linked pic's url, the edit page didn't show the actual text of the original, i.e., instead of the image-producing html code, it just showed the pic. The second pic's html coding wasn't in text, just a broken image icon, so there was no way to fix it. I added the new url html, but the old broken pic icon is still there. It would be better if in the edit function the post appeared in its original text format so it could be effectively edited. There is also no 'delete' function so I could remove a hybrid post I accidentally put under species. It was only a minute later, so it wasn't a factor of time.

Brent: I would be happy to have add-free access also!
Another feature which was lost: on the main page of each sub-forum there were color markings, indicating threads which I initiated or sent posts. It helped a lot keeping track of the treads in interest. Replacement of this feature with manual bookmarking can help but not so user-frendly.
    Thanks

You should be setup for ad-free browsing. Let me know if this is not the case :)

I may have a solution for you. If you go to this link: http://www.orchidsinteractive.com/account/preferences you can check to watch threads you have posted in.

Then you simply have to click the Watched Thread link in the navigation area (left of the What's New link) to see all the threads that you have replied to.

Does that sound like something that would work for you?

I have also just added a "Recent Threads" link to the navigation :)
