For several months I have wanted a terrarium of some sort to grow orchids in, well three weeks ago I started looking into getting a vivarium and this is what I found.

Exo-Terra 24"x24"x18"glass vivarium with doors in front that open out, a really good light made for tank, light has two T-5 lights and also added outlets for halogen which I don't think I will use. I am waiting on a fan to come in the mail and a digital temp./RH meter.

I also have to order some epiweb and other media for this.

Hooked a fogger to the back and also had to have some Plexiglas cut to make screen top that came with unit more air tight
I want to grow mini orchids and that elusive ghost frog orchid in here. with the fog and the great light, the water at bottom of tank it just might work.

Second day with fogger, substrate and chicken area to hold mounts.

I am going to post videos on Youtube soon, so look back for links.

Looks good! I'm using one of these Exoterras too, and I really ease of access with these. I'd give a ghost a try in there! I've got a few plants of Dendrophylax funalis and fawcettii growing well in mine.
