Thought I would post a couple of quick snapshots of my grow areas. They are not the best pics, but I only get a few seconds before the camera completely fogs up in there, so these will have to do.

Thanks. I have a couple more outdoor areas that I may photograph later.

That pleuro is awesome. It is now a permanent member of the GH. It is too big to move anywhere.

I see some serious under-crowding. And why is your left hand so small?

I know. I have serious room still.

heh, yea, my left hand is freakishly small. What is odd is that my right hand is freakishly large. I usually dont picturate it cause it scares people.

Wish I had the weather for outside orchids(other than cymweediums). Too cold for most and what the cold wouldn't get, the torrential rains would :< Do you and Jon have the same g.h. kit?

Looks like your plants are very happy. But I don't see any hybrid phals or floofy catts. I'll trade you some, for some cookies.:D

Yes, I know. I' ve heard they cause men to grow breasts.

Do you have your g.h. on a raised foundation?

my gh is sunk in a pit, and then I built a cinder block wall that raises it above ground. Makes for great insulation down low and gave me a ton more room when I couldnt go any wider or longer.

    Awesome Pics

Stunning pics. Building a gh now. Just putting the foundation in now. Sank the last foundation and it worked great. Can't sink it here since the water table is too high. Re-starting the new collection now.

Sorry for the repeat. New to the site. Yeah. Digging was back breaking. 10X12X1 and wet. Back was sore for 3 days. Gravel arrives this week(hopefully) and gh next week. Then start collecting again.

I had help. but even then it was a pita. There are 3 cinderblocks that are underground. and the hole is ~9 ft wide x ~12 foot long.

I started digging it by myself then after about 2 days said, to hell with this and hired in some help. Two days later the hole was dug.
