Need help to ID several orchids.

    What kind of Angraecum is this ? maybe Angraecum Veitchii ?

    This Cattleya is a big unifoliate and the blooms on it are very large. i think it's semi-alba form of a species. What do you guys think ?

    Hi Fereydoon, I would think Veitchii would be a good possibility. And how about Cattleya trianae as a thought. It is quite variable and blooms this time of the year.

    Also curious what you are growing in the plastic containers above the Veitchii in the second photo?

    Hi, thank you for your help Chuck. So is there a other similiar candidate other than Veitchii that i don't know about ? About Cattleya, i did check Cattleya trianae and Cattleya Gaskelliana semi alba but the lip details is different. And the blooms on my Cattleya are really large. The plastic containers are Platycerium fern seedlings and they are not mine.

    Hi Fereydoon, I know Veitchii has been quite popular and it generally looks like others I've seen, but I don't consider myself an expert.

    With the Cattleya, I had originally thought of warscewiczii because of the size and the cleft in the lip which I have seen before. But, I hadn't thought of them to be Winter bloomers...could it possibly be a primary hybrid?

    I don't know if this cattleya is a primary hybrid or not. I was hoping that this cattleya is a species. These orchids imported many years ago and now they are specimen size and i hate it when i like a orchid but its not have a name on it. Anyway thank you for your suggestions.

    That Angraecum is a hybrid between Veitchi and Sesquipidale called "Crestwood Tomorrow Star"
