Any Neof. fanatic here? Let's talk! Well, you talk, I listen:)
Which varieties do you have in your collection and how do you grow them? Pictures of flowers or just the plants please if you have them.

I only have a dozen or so of them. Most of them are small BS plants potted in moss, but I also grow some of them in CHC/bark mix, and I even mounted a couple of them on stick recently as well...
Here are few of my Neof.(Shunkyuuden, Higashidemiyako and the common variety):

I have a few varieties. I had them potted in the traditional way, but I don't think they liked it that much in my conditions so I just changed them to an inorganic mix that I made which consists of 1 part old Prime Agra, 1 part Diatomite and 1/2 part charcoal. I have the common variety, 'Benisuzume', 'Seikai', 'Suikaden', 'Tamakongo', 'Tensho' (or 'Tenshin' it has the spur coming out of the front of the lip and looks like an elephant) 'Surugafukurin' and 'Gojyofukurin' I'll post some pictures later on

Egoista, those plants are not from NWO.

To get them bloomed, you need to keep them cooler and drier for the winter months. The light level is bright, maybe 2500FC. In the summer, you can grow them warm and moist(but not wet). Good air movement is important for this species.

    Thanks for the photos, Josh.

I can't afford $150 either. Nice buy, Josh. Does the plant look like the real thing to you? Please show us a photo when it blooms.

    Thanks for the photo, Karen.

I have a small collection of them and none of them have bloomed as of yet this year. Most of them I grow in small clay pots in Sphag but I have mounted a Shutennou on a clay pot last year.

Any one interested in doing a Neof exchange?

Nice pics Tom. I never could get into this species, but I do love the fragrances they produce.

Chris, it is one of those things--you can either fall in love with it or you would not pay a dime for it. I like them but I won't spend big money for a single plant though.

I have a BUNCH of these. I love them. I grow outdoors, under shadecloth in Los Angeles. Plastic pots, 80% bark, 10% charcoal & perlite. ( I can NOT grow in spaghnum, due to the low humidity in summer). They're on East facing benches, with a solid wall behind, so they don't get the West sun. IMHO the best of the Neos. is the Amami Island form. It's HUGE! Well, or the variegated ones, or the "mutant" little ones, or the....
    :D
I'll take some pics this weekend.

I have one of the normal ones, one of the ones that have the deformed flowers and one of the ones with the short fat foliage. The short fat foliage one is the hardest for me to grow.
