    Hello everyone,

    I am from Medellín, Colombia.

    I have been loving / growing / photographing / studying orchids since I was just a child.
    Currently I am focused mostly on Lepanthes and allies and frequently going out to the local forests to find and document species in-situ. I am also growing a nice collection of Lepanthes and allies in my greenhouse at 1670 m over sea level.

    Hi Sebastian,

    I too love Lepanthes, but it is somewhat difficult to grow many in my warmer climate. I've constructed a small refrigerated terrarium for some of the cooler species, but space will always be an issue with that. I hope you enjoy the forum and post many of your Lepanthes for us to enjoy!

    By the way, what's a Neooreophilus? I've never heard of that genus before.

    Hi goods. Neooreophilus was formerly known as Brachycladium, and before that they where Lepanthes.

    I will soon post some pictures here.

    Thank you Dave, I am happy you enjoy my photographies. About the books, that depends a lot on what aspects and groups of orchids you want to study. I, particularly, have been focusing on pleurothallids; specially the Lepanthes and Neooreophilus (formerly Brachycladium) genera.
