Welcome to the forum. If you have this nice of a collection at 14, it will certainly be very impressive by the time you are 20, 30, 40 etc. Thanks for the beautiful photos. I would love to hear more about your growing space and your style of culture.

Welcome Dillon, It's encouraging to see someone as young as you take an interest in orchids - and in your own large outside reserve which I am sure helps to heighten your awareness and appreciation of the diversity and beauty of the Jamaican orchid species. As far as I am aware Bulbophyllum jamaicense is the only Bulbophyllum species which is endemic to your island. If possible I would love to see a decent image of the dark crimson flowers. I understand that this species grows in Arntully, Hollymount and the Red light District?

    Good luck with your orchids.

Welcome! Sounds like you have an extensive collection of plants! I can't imagine taking care of so many.

Dillon, It would be great to see an image of your Bulbophyllum jamaicense in flower. I know it is a miniature plant, but it is one of the lesser known plants in this genus. I would love to include an image of this species in my PPP of rarely seen Bulbophyllums.
