    For orchid growers in northern California, Tom Perlite is well known as a great orchid grower, accomplished hybridizer and wonderful vendor with top quality plants. His greenhouses are not open to the public but he now has a website for retail sales and it is certainly worth a look. www.goldengateorchids.com

    I have been wanting to order some from him but now that I see I will pay basically $30 to get 2 plants shipped I guess I won't. That's just too much for shipping. Nice selection though.
