I'm new to the orchid world and look forward to learning about orchids. My area is hot and humid. I have grown most of my orchids from cane cuttings. Just cut, leave them on a coconut husk and leave them alone for a few weeks. They grow. It rains constantly here. Temperatures go up to 90F. Careful monitoring when it rains as they need to be placed under the house eave when it rains consistently.
