    Hi everyone! I'm Tristan, from San Francisco. I got into orchids about a year or so ago and now have a small, but quickly growing collection - mostly focusing on miniatures as I'm in an apartment. I've made a few acquaintances through the local society who mentioned this board, so I thought I'd join.

    Looking forward to conversing more with other friendly orchid lovers!

    I recommend going through old threads in the Orchid Species subforum or using the search function to find great information and photos on species you already grow or would like to know more about. There is so much good stuff here!

    Who doesn't like beer?


    I do like beer, but I've just found out I'm sensitive to gluten and gluten-free beers are pretty bad. Luckily, we get good wine out here.
