I have been using IOSPE Orchids for several years but did not know there was membership involved! I collect orchid stamps but do it botanically, i.e. grouping them in sub-families, tribes, sub-tribes, genera &, of course, species. I put in a photo of each species, some of which I get from this website, and details about the meaning of the Latin (or Greek, as many of them are), where they grow, author, botanist, etc. I find there are a lot of mistakes in the site, e.g. name on list not corresponding with name on picture when you download it. Would you like me to do some correcting? I would only do it as instructed! David W-R

David, you don't have the ability to edit on this forum. However, if you see something that you think is incorrect please bring it to our attention by making a post on the thread. There are two of us (me and Zwum) that can edit. I would check with the original poster first to get permission to edit. IOSPE is a great site and many of us here on the forum use it frequently however, it does have some mistakes as does almost any information source.
