    Hi everyone,
I am beginning to think we'll only have two seasons where I'm at, summer and almost summer!
My orchids don't seem to care for it anymore than I do. Most of my cattleya hybrids didn't produce flowers this year and that may be part of the reason. And my phals- while they're doing OK- I keep the roots semi-moist most of the time- I've only been able to get one to produce flowers or even a spike which by now they should be doing if the night time temps were dropping sufficiently. I just happen to think of a suggestion some people have made- dropping ice cubes in the pot to give them a break from the heat. I may start doing that will ALL OF MY ORCHIDS.
Anyone else living in similar conditions?
