Happening soon! Can't wait. I'll be attending Saturday. Going to limit myself to one orchid this time

I ended up getting three orchids; Neomoorea wallisii ($50), Dracula vampira ($35), and Bulbophyllum glebulosum ($20).

Getting a huge speciman size of Neomoorea wallisii for $50 made my day! Been wanting one forever and always size them run around $400 or more. Heck, I even bought a flask from Troy Meyers a week ago just to have the species even though it would take forever to get to to this size. I'm not sure what the table is called but I believe it's the AOS-SF table or community table?

For orchids in the park, I enjoyed it more last year. Just seemed there was more of a diverse selection than this year. I saw a lot more Dracula's which was nice to see. Some were in perfect condition, and some were completely dried out. Also noticed a lot of Nepenthes, especially a variegated one which was very beautiful but was selling for $250.... then again it was a massive plant.

I wish I saw AfriOrchids there. Really wanted some unique bulbos. Also saw a lot of Bulbo phal for crazy prices considering the sizes at different vendors.

Congratulations on the Neomoorea wallisii. You may be talking about the society members sales table. As member sales tables go, San Francisco has a great variety. I also had a wonderful time, but didn't feel the need to limit myself this time. I spent some time sitting at the Orchid Doctor table. Lots of visiting with old friends interspersed with shopping.

    Thanks Marni!
I was going to say hey if I saw you, but couldn't find you. Were you by where the awarded and display plants? It should be a lot easier to go to the shows next year since I'll be a lot closer to SF instead of having to drive just over 2 hours or more with traffic.

I was only there on Saturday. I moved around a bit shopping, watching a friends booth and then hanging out with friends I don't often see. Next year we can make a plan! Where are you going to be living!

At least there was a large contingent of actual orchids growers/sellers and fewer house plant vendors.
