I'm noticing that orange-brown speckles are showing up on the top sides of my new paph's leaves. It was just the bottom leaf, but it's making it's way up to new leaves.

Fungus? How do I treat? Soak foliage with fungicide?

I'm not a paph grower so maybe someone with more knowledge can step in here. It looks as if it is growing in moss in a clear pot. Are there active roots showing in there? Is there any stippling on the back of the old leaves.

I'm no expert in this area either but it looks more like something was chewing on the leaves. Hard to really say for sure since I'm looking at the pics on my phone.

Are you talking about the brown/rust patches on the leaves or the circular ones?
The brown ones don't concern me in the slightest -looks like mechanical damage to me.
