Please help with my sick orchid

    I know the orchid is sick but I don't even know where to start to fix it.

    I recently changed the new potting media and found tons of bugs so I ended up dipping the whole thing in hydrogen peroxide. It was before the new leaf so i don't know why the new leaf is damaged as well. what does the black/brown dots on the new leaf means?
