Does anyone have a lead on either species?
Andy used to carry P. purpureoviolacea, but he's down to only a few plants. I also keep striking out on the Restrepiopsis.

Restrepiopsis monetalis is now properly Pleurothallopsis. But I doubt the name change is the reason you are having trouble finding one. They are incredibly slow growers both in and out of flask. I keep trying to set seed, but except for once years ago, have had a hard time getting it successfully in flask.

Good to know! I just modified it on my "wish list." I'd heard they were slow growers. I know Equaflor-A used to sell them, but it seems like they're not about to come back into stock any time soon. I'll just keep looking! I'm in no hurry, just a bit impatient. Hahah
