I think this is now properly an Acronia, but I am having a hard time getting enthusiastic about learning a lot of new names.

This is a rescue plant and not a species I've grown before. So before I posted it I was checking on google to verify. I came across this result and just had to laugh. "Thousands of top stores" ? I doubt it.

I was on Kew last week and it appears the Acronias are back in Pleurothallid again.

It appears to be a nice one!

I don't always think Kew is right, but that makes my day. Fortunately I haven't started changing tags.

From my memory (not a good place to get facts) I think the leaf in the image is about 4.5". It is a growth I've put on, the older leaves were smaller. It was a rescue plant from Petite Plaisance and had suffered for some time. If I find the plant and the dimensions are radically different, I'll post it.
