Your list is lacking in bulbos, but since it was your first show, you're excused. :)

Hey, at least he bought nothing but species. He's definitely on the right track. And he had that little baby blonde charmer with him, he had to work fast.

    I bought one. :)
    (Bulbophyllum purpureorachis)

I figured I would get a variety to see what I like. There is just to much to choose from.

I tried to buy all species. I did get one hybrid though, Stanhopea assidensis(S. tigrina x wardii).

Thankfully my wife helped out in that department.

MJ, I wish I could be there. I am thinking about it next year though.

Jon, who the hell brought these three cool/cold growing Dendrobium species to the steamy hot Redland? Great purchase there.

Alexis, may I have at least a dozen of species on your list?:poke: Nice list!

my one picture, had to take it after hearing a grown man squeal like a baby after hearing he had free plants for spending so much. Took 5 minutes for them to arrange for most faces, got tired of waiting for all to face me, LOL. :bang:

Left to right - Alexis, Far East vendor (green back), woji (? red back), mary jane, jon. The rest of the time, I was just having fun. Now, I think of bajillions of pix I should have taken, but had macro lens for closeups of flowers, not for long distance.

LOL! It's probably best to keep that between friends. Thanks Jim. :)

Yeah... he's the one who turned a '69 Pontiac radiator into an air conditioner to grow cooler orchids in Florida.

Good to run into Jon while he was buying (and buying) bulbos... got to buy some myself, but did have to ply myself away from Joseph Wu's both for a bit to do so. I did pick up some interesting species to broaden my collection - if I could learn how to take pictures of them you might see them at some point.
