Side note: Reptibreeze is a screened/net cage for reptiles to enjoy outside and/or good air circulation where ever placed. Do you think this would be a good terrarium for orchids? It could be wrapped with plastic to keep moister/humidity in. Then removed so it can be place outside so the orchids inside can enjoy the weather without bugs/pests getting in and plus better light by simply moving it from place to place. But of course when inside add artificial light and air circulation.

I guess it could work for outside. It just seem like it would be a pain to wrap it in plastic and hang all the lights and fans in the fall and then completely dissassemble come summer. Also covering it in plastic sounds quite unattractive in a living space.

I agree with you, I was thinking just have a fog machine blowing in/toward the cage instead of plastic(for the fall) and have led strips as lighting for a easy assembling.

My main point is it doesn't do the main thing a terrarium is supposed to do which is hold humidity. It would work as a structure to hang light on indoors but thats about it. For indoors, you might as well just hang lights some other way, like from the ceiling and not deal with it. For outside though, its seem like a decent idea
