    I put in an order from them. I havent received an email or anything back. i placed the order back in December. Only 24$ for two plants and shipping. With the weather ship dated where pushed back. But now its a little ridiculous. . Ive sent a couple emails. No replies... :-( should I assume its not coming lol

    I've never heard of them. Did you pay for the plants?

    Yes I looked at my card statement and it went through in December.

    Its not the most expensive lose. But still disappointing .

    Cancel the charge, the product was not delivered and they are not communicating. I don't mind loosing money on a plant that I kill, but if I don't get that chance and I paid, I would make a lot of noise. It may not be expensive, but if they get away with this, chances are they will keep doing it. Do it for the next person.

    Thanks Marni! Im going to call a and dispute the charges :) I just want to give them a chance. And I think 4 months with no communication is plenty..maybe to late but ill see

    The Royal Orchid Club is a firm that imports plants from Asia and resells them bare-root at really good prices...UNTIL you see what you paid for shipping. Orchid Master is the same company selling the same plants potted, and asianorchidfarms.com is their wholesale portal.

    Several years ago I purchased some plants from them. Some were really good, some were horrible, and all of them only had ID number tags, not names, so you need to look them up yourself on their site - if they are there.

    I have not done any business with them since.

    Well thank you ray, I thought it sounded to good , live and learn right? Maybe I will get them then .. . Ill keep my fingers crossed

    Personally, I would contact them, tell them that you have not had a single communication from them in 4 months, so "please cancel my order."

    I ordered a bunch from them one time and they did send them. They looked like they should have been in the flask for a few more months.

    I went on their site and emailed again , it looks as of may there start shipping .. I feel kinda bad for expecting they forgot my order or what have you. But I still haven't heard anything so ill just wait and see :-D

    Daethen how can you tell they should be flasked longer ? Just small plants for what they are ? Small is fine with me I am never going to run out of room ! But its time to be creative about space ;-)
