    Hi All,

I am new to this site and a newbie when it comes to orchids!

So, basically I have this orchid which had grown a keiki from the very middle. The keiki is already well established and it is now also growing a spike. A pic is attached.

Should I re pot it now - I mean is now a good time to do so or should I wait?

Looking forward for your kind feedback.

    Cheers

    Charlene

I am not a big lover of Phael's, but welcome to the forum. Someone will answer your questions. Your plant does look good.

is the keiki attached to the old flower spike or growing from the center of the plant instead of new leaves? it looks like it has roots? even with roots its still getting nutrition from the mother plant. if it's on the flower spike it's ok to repot. the mother plant should then 'rejuvenate' and flower again. welcome, bob
