Grown mounted on a slatted plaque with sphagnum moss. I grow this brighter than what I think is typical for the genus but due to its large size I just had to put it where it fit and it does very well for me. I grow it intermediate - warm and moist. This 2-year old division has 6 spikes in various stages of development. I am fascinated by it.

Sam, they last about 6 days for me but with the other spikes developing it should be in bloom about a month.

    Thank you, Anna.
