It took around 8 years for me to flower this orchid. one of my very first orchids. It has a sweet smell of cinnamon. 997067_10203530854285725_5862998799065370345_n.jpg 1521348_10203530853085695_1898259254734790153_n.jpg 10422208_10203530855125746_1075720169482126359_n.jpg 10600367_10203530853365702_9078083804360477880_n.jpg 10600492_10203530853725711_5471849928035036106_n.jpg 10628311_10203530854805738_1843702441005588452_n.jpg 10670196_10203530852805688_3391026754258201795_n.jpg

Very nice growing, congratulations on your 8 years of patience with this beautiful plant. It is always nice and surprising for me to see someone else's plant in bloom so that I can get an idea of what mine will look like when they flower. Great job!
I just got a Stanhopia x Coryanthes a rare cross, the hang basket and the plant leafs look about the same. I was told that it should flower within 12-18 months and smell like mint, hope that is true because I don't have that kind of patience. Thanks for the photos to encourage my patience because it will be rewarding. John
