    Location:

    Intermediate/cool growing species from Ecuador. The plant is about 1.5" tall and is unusual for a Stelis in that it produces hanging inflorescences. The sepals open and close on this species, they are generally closed in the morning when I water and open in the afternoon when I check on my plants after work.
