I have this B. Medusae. It's had a yellow tipped leave just about since I've had it. But I've recently moved and it's getting grown in a bright window instead of lights. The leaf is dying off more. It doesn't appear to be spreading. Also when the leaves die on a bulbophyllum are those bulbs now useless? The leaf won't grow back will it? thanks 20160203_095142~2.jpg

Sunburn tends to be dry, and leaves the plant with parchment-like patches. That looks like a bacterial or fungal rot to me.

Personally, I'd emote it from the plant, and dust the wound with cinnamon powder to dry it out and sterilize it.

No, the pseudobulbs will no regrow a leaf, but as long as it is green and turgid, it is still photosynthesizing and providing storage for the colony.
