I am looking for a source for tiny 1" pots. I grow mostly miniatures and I receive plenty of plants from the grower in these tiny pots, but the smallest pot I've been able to find for sale is 2".
I'd be interested in plastic or ceramic, but particularly in ceramic pots.

    Thanks all!

I used to get 1" plastic, but that source dried up. Not quite as small, but a great size are the 1.5" diameter pots from CalWest in California. They have very straight sides and are proportionally taller than most planters.

I use the same ones that Marni described. They have really good bottom drainage, too.

Another thing I have done is take prescription bottles (amber for people, green for animals) and cut them down to the height I want them (I use a band saw but a hack saw should work). Then drill holes in the bottom for drainage. This isn't very efficient or attractive but I hate throwing those away and our city does not recycle #5 plastic.

Craft stores around here often carry 1" terracotta pots for fairy gardens and such.

You can even cut PVC pipe to the size you want and add some sort of bottom to it

This is what I want. I just measured it and it was actually 1.5"

Craft stores have them. Also, there's really small bonsai pots. I got some in the 1.25" range off Amazon.

I'd forgotten about those. I've used them before with great success. I just ordered a bunch more.

    Thanks all
