Has anybody ever heard or used this product? I noticed it on eBay, and it is touted as 'Orchid Flask & Tissue Culture Contamination Control'. A quick look online didn't produce any results. The concept is good, but needs some research. I am not associated with this product.......just curious.

From the listing on ebay: "Tissue Gard is comparable in both formula and efficacy to PPM and TCC." PPM has been around for a long time and some people use it regularly. I found it didn't solve enough of the problems and better sterile technique was worth the effort and time. PPM is not heat stable from what I have been told and should be added as a sterile solution after the medium is sterilized.

Thanks Marni. I kinda figured it was too good to be true.
