It arrived with the name "cambodiana", but I could find no sourceable reference to the name. So I just call it "sp".

Here's a picture of mine. It's not a very good photo, but you get the idea.

Yes, thank you, I read it. And yet, as I said, it still looks like a very cool acquisition (regardless of who acquired it or when, even in the future), and congrats (for finding a source).

Jon, is the piece you gave me last year a division of this plant you've shown? I just checked it, and it is opening one bud, with two more on the way! It sure is a cute little thing.

Sure, Marni; I'll give it a try. The buds are in unfortunate positions, though, for clear photos. (Especially for one at my skill level!) Upon first glance, I suspect mine is not T nummularia. I think my leaves are more short and rounded than the image you provided. The first bud should be fully open by tomorrow.

Alexis, I would take your word for it if the shape of the lateral (lower) sepals is a different shape in yours compared to the images I referenced. It is hard to tell from the angle. Also if the column looks like the images (kind of thin and pointy) as the images on line.

I hope to have it in bloom very sonn. I get two bulbs 1.5 year ago from a friend, and now I have four bulbs and some surprice :p

And what than the difference between Trias cambodiana or Trias nummularia, has anybody some descriptions/drawings of boths?

    Best regards

Hey, Clark! I actually received a little piece of this species the week after I started this thread. :D
FYI, the flowers last for a long while too.
