Trichocentrum lanceanum anyone?

    Wondering if anyone out there is growing or has grown this successfully for an extended time.
    I have tried it several times and even got a small seedling to flowering size before I lost it.
    I am now on my 5th attempt! I have tried just about everything you can think of but the roots are always the first go and I can't seem to stop it.
