I got this a bunch of years ago based on the fragrance reputation. Sadly, it seems to smell of play-doh. I swear it has to be the slowest growing plant I own. It never bloomed until I moved it close to the window where it has been cooler.

I want a box, too. Wonderful plant and I love the moss.

I love this species. I killed two of them with the erroneous concept that monopodials need to be grown IW or warmer. When I was kindly distributed a heritage plant from Colleen I bit the bullet and got the culture sheet from Troy for a buck. It's an IC grower. Colleen's plant is doing very well and produces 4-6 spikes per year in IC conditions.

What's play-doh? Mine smells good. Real good.

Play-doh, or is it Play-dough? Anyway it is like modeling clay only made from toxic chemicals or petroleum byproducts, comes in garish colors, and smells funky. I should have said mine smells like a combo of play-dough and candy or maybe Kool Aid plus play-dough. Whatever it is, it isn't terrible and putrid like a bulbo and it is not glorious and sublime like an Ang.

I remember a nice fragrance, now I'll have to check it. Glad it bloomed for you, even if you have to keep your distance.
