Trisetella cordeliae is a small plant from the cloud forests of Peru. It grows there at an altitude of about 1800m. Trisetella cordeliae has small leaves - only 10 mm long - and short flowering stems with small (but relatively large) attractive hairy pink/red flowers. The flowering stems produce flowers sequentially over a long period.
It is cultivated moist and cool to temperate. The temperature thus varies between 10°C and 25°C.
