As predicted earlier in this post. Here come the threats. How to make a bad situation worse.

This thread was started on March 4th and contained a long list of bootlegged images.

At that point, if Mr Diebolt had not been aware that it is illegal to use copyrighted material without permission he was made aware then. 42 days later I was still able to find 10 more images that he was using. Since those images are gone now, I think it is safe to assume he didn't have permission to use them.

Clearly, he was only going to obey the law when each and every unethical act was exposed in public one by one.

"I don't expect he will apologize to anyone, but threats? LOL!" => I answered everyone's email and apologized. You are too prompt on opening your mouth to say lies.
You are such a scum bag, low life, rat! If you don't understand what I wrote, don't express your opinion on me.
I don't lie about you and I don't lie for you! I have never sent you an email, you deleted my photo after you saw my post here, didn't you? and that was the end of the story (on the photo you stole from me). If you said you had apologized to everyone, certainly it wasn't sincere based on what you just posted here.

Rat, if you don't understand what I wrote, don't express your opinion on me. For sure, I don't lie about any low life, scum bag like you!
Low life scumbag bag, nice one Tom! This Diebold character is an arrogant prick. Instead of apologizing for ripping off everyone's images he keeps trying to defend his actions as if that makes them ok. Try a different approach buddy, start with admitting you are wrong for stealing the pics!

Daniel, it is much more common outside of the US for people to be fluent in more than one language than it is here.

Wow, I was happily away this week end, went to a wedding in the Champagne region of France.. came back with a few boxes of bottles :) .. and loo and behold what happened over the week end!.. once again the same invectives. The same method to distort the facts
This situation would simply not exist if Tropic orchids had taken an ethical behavior on photo property... he has ignored many warnings from the owners of these pictures many of then asked at first in a friendly manner.
Besides this behavior been unacceptable; is there any "legal justification" for photo theft? I can't see any. He has removed the photos only when the matter became public and very litigious. He has certainly brought those problems to himself.

I don't understand it as a business model.., who wants to buy from or sell flasks and plants to such a individual?
So let us wait for the next round..:)

I understand, I was trying really hard to be positive! Sometimes you just have to make some people feel lucky.
