Another guess, but it looks like an Oncidiinae intergeneric hybrid. A starting place to look may be Beallara or Aliceara
These intergeneric hybrids really kill me. I'm going to tag it like Oncidiinae hybrid.
Brassia Memoria Bert Field [syn. Brassada Memoria Bert Field, Brassia aurantiaca x Brassia verrucosa, registered 1970] has been a commonly cultivated Oncidiinae hybrid.
The growth habit [hidden pseudobulbs, wide leaves] and starry orange flowers point to Brassia aurantiaca [syn. Ada aurantiaca] parentage.
