Unsual Spots on Leaf

    Hello! I noticed these small spots on the leaf of my orchid a couple days back. They're very small, hard, and I can't wipe them off the leaf - they seem to be embedded into the leaf. It's a very localized patch, my other houseplants seem unaffected, it's literally just this one patch of this one leaf. Any ideas what it could be?
