usaorchids (Ebay seller)/Photo theft

    usaorchids in Seattle, WA has used my photo for their Ebay listing without my permission. Shame on them!
    I have reported it to Ebay... I don't usually care about the photos but do ask first!

    This is the photo they stole:

    Thanks for the heads up, Tom. A seller by the name of gregjsmith stole a photo of mine a few days ago. I sent him a note, and he removed the image. "it didn't indicate" that the image couldn't be used. Um... there's a big © on the picture, jack ass.

    Anyhow, thanks for bringing this up.

    Just learned this seller has stolen at least two more photos from another person. Shame on them! and please don't buy anything from this Ebay seller! Thank you.
