Vanda roots. Should I worry about the dry root to the left?

    Judging by the drawn-in nature of the leaves, I'd say the plant is simply not absorbing sufficient water, or maybe I should say, is losing water faster than it is taking it up. So yes, I'd be concerned about the root, but only as that is an indicator that the plant is likely not seeing enough humidity and watering.
